Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Fix My Ping does not require an account, email address, or game login. The optional Fix Loop network test starts only after you choose to run it. This policy explains its limited generated traffic and the third-party services used elsewhere on the site.

2. Optional Network Test

If you start Fix Loop, your browser sends capped test requests and generated bytes to Fix My Ping through Cloudflare. Timing and request-success information are calculated in your browser. The tool does not send your questionnaire answers, calculated measurements, before-and-after result, game confirmation, or report back to Fix My Ping, and it does not save them in browser storage.

Like any web request, Cloudflare may process your IP address and request metadata for delivery, security, logging, and abuse prevention under its privacy policy. The upload phase sends generated test bytes, not files, clipboard contents, or game account data from your device.

3. Google Analytics, Fonts & Advertising

We use Google AdSense only on eligible evidence-complete content pages. The Fix Loop diagnosis page does not load AdSense. It does use Google Fonts for presentation, and it may load Google Analytics only after you select Accept. The probe itself remains a same-origin request to Fix My Ping through Cloudflare; questionnaire answers and calculated results are not sent to Analytics or AdSense.

• Alternatively, use your browser controls or the Network Advertising Initiative at aboutads.info

4. Privacy Choices

Fix My Ping shows its own Accept/Reject control before loading Google Analytics or AdSense. It is not represented as a Google-certified consent platform. Use the persistent Privacy choices button to review or change your selection. Moving from Accept to Reject reloads the page with those third-party scripts disabled for subsequent use. Google may show additional controls where its platform rules require them.

5. Cookie Categories

• Essential cookies — required for website security and delivery (Cloudflare)
• Advertising cookies — set by Google AdSense for interest-based advertising
• Analytics cookies — aggregated usage data on pages where analytics is enabled

The Fix Loop tool does not use browser storage for measurements, answers, comparisons, or reports.

6. Cloudflare Hosting

We use Cloudflare for hosting, delivery, security, and the optional network-test probe. Cloudflare may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser and protocol metadata, timestamps, and geographic routing information for those purposes. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy.

7. CCPA — California Residents

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and CPRA, California residents have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, opt out of sale or sharing, and receive non-discriminatory service. Fix My Ping does not sell network-test answers or measurements. For advertising data controlled by Google, use Google Ads Settings and Google's Privacy Policy.

8. GDPR — EEA / UK / Switzerland

Under the GDPR and UK GDPR, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, and request portability. Google controls advertising data it processes; Cloudflare controls platform data it processes under its policy.
